Therapy for Trauma, Attachment, and Self-Connection

Hey, I’m Bri! I’m a mental health therapist in Tacoma, Washington who specializes in relational trauma recovery. I offer psychotherapy for individuals as young as 10 who are seeking space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. Relational therapy provides a unique space to experience how transformative a reparative relationship can be. Perfectionism, anxiety, and feeling “stuck” can be patterns connected to deeper relational wounds. If you have experienced attachment wounds or other trauma that is relationship-based, this style of therapy might be particularly beneficial for you.

The relationship between a client and a therapist can be a place to explore how you show up with others as well as how you relate with yourself. A lot can be discovered through the experience of being authentically seen, human-to-human. I hope that together we can create a welcoming space that honors your story, builds trust, and invites exploration of all the complexity that makes you the person you are.
